| On some shows several versions are available: duo, trio, quartet ... Transport (artists and equipment) and expenses (catering and accommodation) are not included in rates. We will examine any contract offer "long term" or "small-Day" and will adapt our prices accordingly. |

| PAYMENT | TRANSPORT OF ARTISTS AND EQUIPMENT |
| By check payable to the company, the day of the performances and on presentation of the invoice. By transfer to the bank account of the company, in the days following the representations and the receipt of the invoice. |
Local travel (within a radius of 50 km around Nampcel or Paris) are included in rates.In other cases, the mileage allowance is 0.6 euro / km. In case of transport by plane, a study of the cost will be made on a case by case and the airline company will be known before signing the contract. |
| ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD OF ARTISTS | GREEN ROOM |
| When local contracts, allow at least one hot meal per artist.In other cases, provide food and lodging according to the schedules of performances, travel time and number of artist. Sometimes the presence of a technician is required, then provide an extra lunch or bedroom Thank you to prioritize hot meals and hotels (with breakfast, 2 per room maximum). |
Thank you for welcoming us in a room large enough, to receive us with our costumes and props for shows (tricycle, puppets, sled ,...): minimum ceiling height 3m, minimum floor space 25 m2, on the ground floor if possible or with disabled access, water and toilet in the area, with at least one electrical outlet, table and chairs and locking or caretaked. Bottles of mineral water and catering are welcome in the green room. Availability of the room: at least 2 hours before and one hour after performances. |
| PERFORMANCE SPACE | OTHER DISTRIBUTIONS |
| Artists can adapt to any environment, but dry and plan floor will allow a better performance. For inside shows, provide a ceiling height sufficient for stilts, at least 4 m. In case of rain, provide a sheltered place for retreat. |
Les Chenapans usuelly bring their own confetti and sweets but they will use yours if you have any preferences and in the case of "long term" contract or abroad. The Artists of Melba & Compagnie may distribute promotional materials or other since it has been described in advance. |
